Jack, Victor and the Craiglang gang were back in action as they returned to The SSE Hydro for their second series of hi.lar.ious live shows.

The show began with a filmed introduction from the newest character of the sitcom phenomenon, Methadone Mick, which had the crowd in stitches from the offset. Each character made a dramatic, tongue-in-cheek entrance, including the much-loved Isa with a pyrotechnic mop and Navid on an Aladdin style magic carpet.  Combine this with a series of saucy outfits, innuendo upon innuendo and a cannon, and you’ve got the makings of a top stage show.

Diehard fans of the TV show were pleased to see the familiarity of The Clansman and Navid’s corner shop in the first half, before the set was transformed into a cruise ship and the cast went looking for love at sea.

The second-half cruise scenes gave the show a theatrical lift, which promised to outshine their first foray onto the big stage back in 2014.  With top-class banter and cheeky innuendos aplenty, the cast proved with their winning stage return that they are STILL hilarious, and most definitely STILL GAME!
