Bring Me the Horizon stormed The SSE Hydro with the eagerly anticipated ‘That’s the Spirit’ tour.

Loyal fans queued outside the venue from the crack of dawn, but it was warm and the sun was out… wait, hang on… this is Glasgow and it’s November - it was ice cold and pouring with rain, but such is the dedication and commitment of BMTH fans.

The gig opened with support act Basement playing ‘Whole’, followed by Don Broco who have built up a sizeable Glasgow fan base in their own right.  Rob Damiani exuded energy as he pounded the stage, getting people dancing and starting a few circle pits despite decking it a couple of times.

Numbers surged with BMTH t-shirts as they made a dramatic entrance with ‘Happy Song’, the atmosphere exploded. Screaming crowds and stage theatrics.  Oli Sykes riled up an already insanely enthusiastic crowd and the thumping bass reverberated through the venue.

The eclectic backdrop was something else and an explosion of streamers saw Instagram flooded with videos and shots of the finale ‘Drown’.
